What does the interview process look like?

The interview process looks different for each role. Our general process is a phone screen with our HR team then an interview with the technical staff.

What benefits do we offer?

Remote work is available dependent on level and role. We always encourage our employees to come in the office in order to connect with their peers.

Payment Frequently Asked Questions

What is my Customer ID/ Invoice ID?

A: Your Customer/Client ID and Invoice ID information can be found on the top of your invoice and statements. If you do not have either on hand, please call the office for your information.

Will I still get charged the 3% surcharge when using a Debit Card?

A: Our website may take Debit Cards but we cannot say they are free – your banking institution may charge you. DK does not charge you however.

What Credit Cards do you accept?

A: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover

What forms of payment do you accept & how can I pay my invoice?

A: Credit Card, E-Check/ACH, Check, Debit Card, Wire Transfer

Request Wire Transfer Information

What info do you need to make an ACH payment?

A: Invoice Number, Customer ID/ Client ID, Name, Address, Email Address, Routing Number, Account Number (Phone number is optional)

When will this payment post/ be withdrawn from my account?

A: Typically, within 3 business days

Will I receive a receipt?

A: A receipt will automatically be sent to your preferred email address, when making a payment online or over the phone. If your payment is made via check or wire transfer, a receipt may be sent upon request.

Is this website secure?

A: Yes, transactions are secure. We use a Hosted Payment Page. Hosted payments enable merchants to accept payments online without the security risks of storing card data on their site.

I live internationally, will my card decline?

A: As long as your card carrier is American Express, Master Card, Visa, or Discover, our site can process your payment

Do you charge a late fee?

A: We may impose a 1.5% charge on unpaid balances over 60 days old. That process is outside of the payment portal.

Why is DK charging for Credit Card use now?

A: We are sorry for the inconvenience and change – we do have other payment options to help you avoid any fee, such as the eCheck option. Our industry, banks, many state and federal governments are moving to sharing credit card costs with payers to help offset rising complexity with credit card industry processing fees.
We continue to absorb other credit card processor and interchange fees.
