Joshua J. Bodenstadt, CPA

Josh is the Partner in Charge of the firm’s San Diego office, a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee, serves as the chairman of its Tax Department and is also a member of the Firm’s Wealth Management division – DK Wealth Management LLC. He has over 25 years in public accounting focused on providing both business and tax consulting services to a broad range of clients with a primary focus on small to middle market companies in the real estate, construction, professional services, manufacturing and distribution industries. He also has extensive experience working with high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, corporations, and partnerships. Josh is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
