Joshua J. Bodenstadt, CPA

Joshua (“Josh”) Bodenstadt, CPA, serves as Partner in Charge of Duffy Kruspodin’s San Diego office, Chair of the firm’s Tax Department, and a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee. He plays a key leadership role in driving the firm’s strategic direction, operational excellence, and client service initiatives. Josh is also a member of the firm’s Real Estate Advisory Team and DK Wealth Management LLC.

With more than 25 years of public accounting experience, Josh provides sophisticated tax, business advisory, and consulting services to a diverse client base ranging from middle-market businesses to high-net-worth individuals and family enterprises. His areas of expertise include real estate, construction, manufacturing, distribution, closely held businesses, partnerships, and corporations.

Throughout his career, Josh has advised business owners, investors, and executives on complex tax planning, transaction structuring, succession planning, wealth preservation, and growth strategies. He is particularly recognized for his extensive experience serving real estate investors, developers, and entrepreneurs, helping clients navigate both strategic opportunities and challenging business environments.
