We are proud to announce the following practice has merged into Duffy Kruspodin, LLP as of July 1, 2019.

Gregory Mogab, CPA and his team join us and offer a wide range of business and financial consulting services specializing in tax strategies for high net worth individuals and their closely held businesses. They have extensive knowledge of the investment banking, real estate, restaurant, entertainment, insurance and manufacturing industries. Greg and his managers, Debby Britton, CPA and Penny Perrin, CPA have extensive background in all areas of tax compliance, financial statement preparation, estate planning, and wealth management services. Greg also brings with him significant expertise with respect to issues involving marital dissolutions, which he has testified as an expert. They are also proficient with investment  analysis, analyzing rates of return, handling business dealings involving dissolutions, cash flow and budgeting decisions.
